We do strength building workouts in each session using various exercise tools like dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls AND barbells, but each workout builds upon the last so you get a chance to master the movements you are using in each session.

This is NOT a bootcamp class…

The sessions are fast moving with dedicated work and rest periods, but you are not expected to do your repetitions as fast as possible with light weights. Each week has two strength training days where you are encouraged to work at a pace that works for you and that the weight you are using demands of you.

Every workout you do in class can be recreated and done in your own gym anytime down the road.

Shorter Workout Time!

Each class is just 45 minutes long taking you through a body transforming full body workout session. The routine is fast paced but not a boot camp style approach. Quality strength training for developing quality lean muscle.

Small Group Personal Training!

Take advantage of a group training format by getting the attention you need to push hard and stay safe while paying the pricing of a large class format.

Use Multiple Exercise Tools!

Try your hand at various exercise tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls, BOSU balls and more! Each month we focus on a new training tool to give you plenty of time to master the use of them.

Challenging For All Fitness Levels!

The workout is structured in a way to make sure every participant is challenged equally. It doesn’t matter if you are new to working out or a weight training pro. These training sessions will challenge you and push you to be your best.

Train Three Days A Week!

The workout schedule in this program is setup for three workout days each week. Classes typically meet on Mon/WedFri or Tue/Thu/Sat depending on the group you sign up for.
